Tons of amazing mountain biking can be found throughout the valley! Short and accessible options include Bear Basin, Ponderosa Park, Jug Handle, and Tamarack. Longer more adventurous options include Blackwell Lake, Payette Rim, and Loon Lake.

Just like mountain biking, there are pretty much endless hiking options throughout Valley County. A very accessible option is Ponderosa Park, where many of the trails run along the shore of Payette Lake. Note that there is a state park entrance fee.
